Last Saturday (28th February 2015) I had the absolute pleasure of photographing the beautiful wedding of Sonia and Jeremy, they held their wedding ceremony at All Saints Church in Marlow followed by their wedding reception at Heatherden Hall in Pinewood Studios.
Pinewood Studios has been the home to some of the most successful features films and TV shows ever made including James Bond and the iconic Carry On movies and when you walk around Heatherden Hall you can feel it's history all around you.
Sonia and Jeremy held their drinks reception in the hitchcock room before their wedding party made there way in the stunning ballroom for both the wedding breakfast and reception party.
Leading up to their wedding day I asked Sonia and Jeremy a handful of questions about how they first met and their particular wedding theme and details;
1. What are the theme and colours of your wedding?
Wisteria/Victorian Lilac and Ivory
2. How did you come up with your theme?
Tried to think of a colour you don't see very often and to fit in with a wedding in Feb.
3. Please list the name and website of the wedding pros you’ve hired:
Bridal Suite - Coworth Park
Church - All Saints Church, Marlow
Venue - Heatherden Hall, Pinewood Studios, Iver Heath
Officiant/Minister - Rev. Sarah Fitzgerald
Photographer - Gavin Conlan (gavin conlan photography Ltd)
Video - Freedom Films (Jeremy)
Entertainment - CK Gospel Choir (church) and Emerald Lions Photobooths
Florist - Flowerworks, Uxbridge
Dress Designer - Emma Louise Designs, Ascot

4. How did the two of you meet?
We have both been working for the same company for a while but never really knew each other or spoke to each other. As the sun was shining one day, we thought we would grab a mcflurry after work (as its 3mins up the road) and ended up chatting for over 5hrs sitting in the same spot...then Jeremy finally plucked up the courage to ask me out for a day out in Marlow.
5. Any other details I should know about?
Sonia is Indian so we have tried to incorporate a few indian touches in the wedding.
I love their story! Now you've got to know this beautiful couple a little bit more its my honour to share a small selection of their wedding photography with you to enjoy.
Please share this post! You can use these images on all your social media profiles (as long as you do not remove my watermark) and feel to leave Sonia and Jeremy a lovely comment below.
All the best, Gavin
