Wedding Photography at All Saints Church and Moor Hall Venue | Sarah & Mark | Essex Wedding Photographer www.gavinconlan.com
Friday 12th September was day Sarah and Mark became Mr. & Mrs. they had their wedding ceremony at All Saints Church in Cranham and then the wedding reception at the gorgeous Moor Hall Venue in Aveley Essex. The weather was glorious and the whole day was amazing, it was a real joy and honour to have photographed their wedding day especially as I have known them both for years.
Before their wedding I asked Sarah and Mark a handful of questions about their wedding day;
1. What are the theme and colors of your wedding?
The colours of our wedding is pinks, purples, yellows, all bright and bold colours as we wanted a really light hearted feel to our wedding.
2. How did you come up with your theme?
There is only a small theme running through the wedding and that is our favourite films, as Mark loves films we thought it would be a great touch.
3. Please list the name and website of the wedding professionals you’ve hired:
Church: All Saints Church in Cranham
Officiant/Minister: Reverend Sue Brewster
Venue: Moor Hall Venue run by Jodie Gray and her family
Photographer: Superstar Photographer the one and only Gavin Conlan (honestly I didn’t pay them to say that)
Entertainment: Stuart from Funkbox DJs
Florist: The fabulous Nicola Littlejohn
Wedding Dress: It’s a Phil Collins dress, I found it in a shop called Laura Louise on the weekend before they closed down, the ladies in there were fab, I only popped in on the off chance as I didn’t think there would be much. When we walked in there was only 4 dress and I thought hmmm this wont take long, may as well try on what they had (I had a rubbish experience the day before at some larger bridal stores). The first dress I put on, perfect fit, that was the one.
Wedding Shoes: they are hand painted by Beautiful Moment she’s so talented.
4. How did the two of you meet?
We have known each other for a long time, just never “knew” each other, socialised in the same groups but then one random day we got chatting and started to get to know each other, I think the conversation was about cheese on toast, always is food with us and then we went from there, a few dates incognito and then pretty much spent all our time together since then!
Earlier this summer I photographed their engagement session in Finchingfield a beautiful town in Essex, you can view their photos here!
In the meantime I have included a selection of TEASER photographs for you all to enjoy while I work on their wedding day slideshow which will be available within the next 14 days.
All the best, Gavin.
