gavin conlan photography Ltd is so honoured to tell you that I’ve just won my 42nd and 43rd International Wedding Photography Award from the monthly Wedaward photography competition. I’ve included my latest winning photos below;
Earlier this year I had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Emma Brooks Make Up, Beautiful Hair 4 Weddings and Wild Poppies again for our project. Whenever we get together for these projects we always come up with something very special and this time was no different as we were blessed to have been granted permission to shoot at Hedingham Castle the current Heritage Essex Wedding Venue of the Year for 2017-2018.

This past Thursday during the Essex Wedding Awards at Orsett Hall Hotel it was announced that I won my category of "ESSEX WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR 2017-2018".
I was so honoured to have won and when my name was called out I'll admit I did get a little too excited by high 5'ing everyone on my table before collecting my trophy - you have to milk the moment though right?? What made the night even better was that my one of wedding clients Kayleigh and Tom also won the most romantic couple of Essex trophy... Other winners from my table were Wedding Entertainment (Live Act) of the Year - Essence Duo, Wedding Dress Retailer of the Year - Laceys Bridal Boutique as well as Charlotte from the beautiful Greenwoods Hotel & Spa who sponsored the most romantic couple in Essex category.

Gavin Conlan Photography Ltd will exhibiting at next weekends Main Event Wedding Shows Ltd incorporating Absolute Bridal Magazine at Chelmsford City Racecourse! I'll be on hand both days to talk you through all things wedding photography! You'll be able to look through a selection of my wedding albums, take a few minutes out of your busy day to enjoy my wedding slideshow whilst treating yourself to a ferrero rocher. I'll be running my Free Engagement Photography competition too (valued at £695) all you need to do to enter is to submit your name, wedding date and email address into my iPad kiosk. The winner for each day will be announced that evening - good luck! Also I'll be handing out £100 OFF wedding vouchers that can be used against all wedding collections booked before the 31st December 2017.
