Last summer I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Dave and Leighanne's UK Engagement session - you may ask why it's taken me so long to showcase these but today is their Wedding Day so it's the perfect timing.

Me and Dave have been great friends for about 15 years now, it all goes back to my days working for Blockbuster Video in the Mall in Dagenham.  My first shift was with him and we had loads in common (music, stylish long hair :) we hit it off straight away and the rest they say is history.  

Until we met for this shoot we hadn't actually seen each other for about 5 years, our lives had changed direction I moved away from Dagenham and worked for the UK Government and Dave moved down to Bournemouth and now lives out in Texas USA with the beautiful Leighanne.

It's weird to think back to that first shift at Blockbusters if someone would've told us he'd be a mega successful copywriter living the dream out in the States and I had travelled the world getting paid for what I love to do we would of laughed in their faces.  Life truly is an amazing journey!!!!

As I mentioned earlier, today is their Wedding Day they are getting married at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.  They are a really beautiful couple and watching them together during the shoot was so lovely you could see their love oozing out in every image.
